Carb Theory

Carb Theory is a Bengaluru-based corporate meal delivery and office catering company combining chef-crafted food, nutritionist-designed meals and its own meal-management platform. We help offices, startups and corporate teams organise everyday employee meals and catering for workplace events without the responsibility of running an in-house kitchen. Our services bring together freshly prepared food, rotating menus, meal coordination and scheduled office delivery.
Our recurring office meal services include corporate lunch and dinner plans tailored to team size, food preferences and workplace schedules. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian choices provide options for different preferences, while rotating menus bring variety to regular team meals. Macro-counted meal options are also available for people who want clearer information about the nutritional composition of their food. Meal frequency, quantities and delivery arrangements are discussed before the service begins.
Alongside recurring employee meals, Carb Theory provides corporate catering in Bengaluru for business meetings, workshops, training days, town halls, offsites, launches, festivals and office celebrations. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and refreshment breaks can be planned around the occasion. Whether you need a working lunch for a meeting or several food breaks during a full-day programme, we coordinate requirements around your headcount, venue and event schedule.
Businesses can also enquire about bulk food orders, office snacks, drinks and meal add-ons for team gatherings and workplace occasions. These requirements are discussed according to the number of people, preferred food options and delivery timing. Available menus, minimum quantities and arrangements are confirmed for each order.
Carb Theory’s meal-management platform helps offices organise meal choices and maintain clear records of quantities. This supports HR, administration and facilities teams in coordinating recurring meals and communicating food requirements. By connecting meal planning with preparation and delivery, we provide a structured approach to managing workplace food.
Meals travel through our own fleet on a coordinated office delivery schedule. During onboarding, we agree on the receiving point, meal slots, expected headcount and delivery window. These arrangements help align the meal service with the working day and give office teams clear details for receiving their food.
Based in Koramangala, Carb Theory accepts office meal delivery and corporate catering enquiries across Bengaluru, also commonly known as Bangalore. Areas include Koramangala, HSR Layout, BTM Layout, Indiranagar, Domlur, Whitefield, Marathahalli and Electronic City. Delivery feasibility, minimum quantities and timing are confirmed for the exact office or event venue before an order or recurring service is finalised.
Corporate nutrition and workplace-wellness enquiries are accepted separately from everyday meal orders. Organisations interested in nutrition-led workplace sessions can contact us to discuss their objectives and requirements. Individual nutritionist booking is currently unavailable; our nutritionist-designed meal service continues as part of our corporate food offering.
